No Ordinary Aloe Vera!

OUR ALOE iS NO ORDINARY ALOE!

There is more than one variety of Aloe vera.  There are more than 300 types of aloe (estimated 420 different types) in the world with different characteristics and healing properties. However, not all of them have the properties and benefits that are known when talking about Aloe Vera. Only three or four species of this plant contain the well known and widespread medicinal and healing properties. Aloe Vera Barbadensis Miller variety is usually mentioned as the most beneficial variety of aloe vera, and as the edible one.

The Aloe vera plant has been known and used for centuries for its health, beauty, medicinal and skin care properties. The name Aloe vera derives from the Arabic word “Alloeh” meaning “shining bitter substance,” while “vera” in Latin means “true.” 2000 years ago, the Greek scientists regarded Aloe vera as the universal panacea. The Egyptians called Aloe “the plant of immortality.” Today, the Aloe vera plant has been used for various purposes in dermatology.

NOT EVERY ALOE VERA IS THE SAME!

Aloe vera barbadensis miller can be easy to mistake it for the Aloe vera var. Chinensis, which isn’t edible. The edible one has thick, wide leaves that grow upright and are a silvery green color.

Although it is rumored that all aloe vera plants are the same and bring health and beauty at the same power, in fact, not all aloe vera plants are the same.

The aloe vera in little pots in our homes are both non-edible and not that strong and beneficial like the ones we as Verway plant and grow for you under 10.000 hours of sunlight and until reaching 5 years of age.

Also, buying aloe leaves is risky.

Buying Aloe Vera leaves are risky. Because they might get rotten or bruised easily.
Also, not every aloe leaf you buy is grown under the sun for minimum 10000 hours. This is important because to produce the beneficial ingredients, the aloe plant needs at least that much time and sunlight.
Also, it is not easy to keep the leaf fresh when you only buy the leaf. That’s why we as Verway grow these plants following organic planting rules and can them in glass bottles to keep their freshness and benefits totally inside. So you can easily take the fillet or dices out and serve with your salads, desserts, all meals.
